Where can I buy MEI equipment?

Can I order online and collect from an office?
Yes. Request a quote through the enquiry form; once the paperwork is complete you can collect from any of our branches.
How long will it take to hear back about my quote?
We reply within three to four working hours during business hours — Monday to Saturday, 9:00am to 5:00pm (UTC+5).
How can I work for MEI?

Where do I find product manuals and user guides?
Datasheets and manuals are controlled documents. Request one from the Resources tab on any product page, or through the contact form, and our team will send it to you. Approved clients can also download them from the client portal.

My radio does not work. Who should I contact?
If the radio is still under warranty, return it to where you bought it. MEI will honour a warranty claim and provide warranty service — you will need your proof of purchase. Portal clients can also register the warranty and raise an RMA online.
I have a pair of consumer radios. If I buy two more, will they all link together?
Yes. They simply need to be set to the same channel and sub-code.
Can multiple repeaters be connected over an IP network?
Yes — MEI repeaters can be connected via IP.
